Career

As a counsel in the restructuring and special situations team in Italy, Francesco Manzari represents clients in complex restructuring and distressed situations.

Francesco mainly advises investment funds and other financial investors, as well as borrowers and more traditional lenders, in financial restructuring and corporate turnaround transactions (distressed M&A, debt trading, loan-to-own, DIP financing, composition plans and scheme of arrangements).

Francesco has also a wealth of experience on special situations, event-driven investment strategies and implementation of the preferred route to turnaround/collection.
