Career

Salvatore Graziadei is an Italian qualified lawyer who regularly advises leading Italian and international banks, financial institutions acting as servicer, arranger, lead manager or originator in the context of securitization transactions (including SMEs, RMBS, CBO, multi-originator transactions, revolving transactions and warehouses on public and private assets). In addition, Salvatore assists fintech platforms in securitization transactions, having participated in the structuring of the first securitization transaction carried out by a fintech platform.

Salvatore has gained significant experience in banking and finance transactions involving issuance of bond, mini-bond and financing in the context of which he regularly assists issuer, investors and security agents.

In February 2024, Hogan Lovells International LLP‘s debt capital markets and structured finance practice welcomed 23 lawyers from Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe (Orrick), including renowned securitisation specialist Patrizio Messina; structured finance and covered bond expert Annalisa Dentoni-Litta; Alessandro Accrocca, whose ‘problem-solving skills are outstanding’; and dual-qualified English and Italian lawyer Madeleine HorrocksSabrina Setini, Salvatore GraziadeiAndrea Cicia and Daniela Pietrini also joined from Orrick.
