With more than 15 years of experience, Martina Di Nicola counsels high-profile clients on a wide range of domestic and cross-border corporate/M&A transactions.

She specializes in acquisitions, mergers, de-mergers, corporate reorganization and company law matters in general. From the outset of her professional experience, Martina has been assisting both domestic and international clients in domestic and cross-border M&A transactions with a particular focus on corporate reorganization and assistance to sale and purchase and joint venture agreements.

Martina works with a diverse number of clients, including large corporates, private equity funds and financial institutions and insurance companies, across a wide range of industries, from food and automotive to energy and consumer, from financial institutions to insurance and life science companies helping them to find the best solutions to their corporate law issues.

An extra load of work does not discourage Martina, who always delivers punctual and precise advice to her clients.
