Dr. Thomas Pieter (Tom) van Duuren is a lawyer and civil-law notary with over 35 years of experience in the international corporate and finance practice. Tom services multinational clients on a wide variety of transactions including M&A, joint ventures, cross border restructurings and reorganisations. Being qualified as a civil-law notary under Dutch law he handles transactions from start to finish including notarial transfer instruments and related documentation. He advises clients on their Dutch corporate structure and corporate governance.
