Position
Caroline is a Partner in Lindsays’ Private Client team in Dundee. She advises individuals and families on a broad range of personal affairs such as the creation and revision of Wills, Powers of Attorney, elderly client advice and the administration of executries, including contentious estates and post-death planning. Caroline has a particular interest in Trust Law and regularly advises clients on the formation, variation and termination of private and charitable trusts and associated taxation matters.
Caroline also has a keen interest in succession planning and has considerable experience in advising clients on inheritance tax and general estate planning, often working closely with other financial and taxation professionals. She thrives on helping her clients with life planning for the benefit of themselves and their families, always taking into account their individual and unique needs.
