Yago Martos worked at Olleros Abogados, Garrigues and Arthur Andersen.

Yago Martos´ areas of specialization include corporate group restructurings on a domestic and international level; tax issues relevant to family businesses, succession planning, donations and wealth tax, sales of companies, mergers and acquisitions and due diligence processes.

Furthermore, he has significant experience in transfer pricing, tax inspection proceedings carried out by the Spanish Tax Authorities, as well as advising his clients on their expansion abroad, helping to set up the appropriate tax and legal structure in each location.

Yago Martos has taken part in a number of cross border transactions carried out by international clients with interests in Spain, as well as in transactions involving Spanish clients expanding their operations abroad. He also carried out several Tax Due Diligences related to acquisitions of companies on a domestic and international level.
