Position
Complex matters in corporate law, focusing on (cross-border) acquisitions and investment-transactions, joint ventures, advice on corporate governance, corporate (re)structurings and corporate contracts. Robert-Jan has vast experience with distressed M&A. He acts for a wide range of international and national clients, including multinationals, family-owned businesses, project companies, technology companies and entrepreneurs. He has regularly advised on shareholder matters and related disputes.
Career
Robert-Jan started his career in 2012 at a large Dutch law firm in Amsterdam. He joined Florent in 2024. Robert-Jan is a partner in the Corporate / M&A practice. Robert-Jan also worked in Dubai and the GCC-region.
