Dr. Eman has more than 20 years’ experience working in general corporate matters, commercial contracts, media & IT laws, data protection, labour and employment, and social security and pension laws.
She has unique expertise in negotiating redundancies and collective bargaining agreements, handling employees’ transfers, complex employment disputes, drafting restrictive covenants undertakings.
Dr. Eman tactically handles internal investigations and amicable settlements with senior employees. She handles the day-to-day legal work for multiple multi-national and local companies.
Dr. Eman is a lecturer of law at the Faculty of Law, Cairo University in Egypt. She teaches labor and social security laws.
