Lisa Antman is one of the partners at Wigge & Partners and head of the firms Banking and Finance department. Lisa is specialized in the area of banking and finance and has more than 15 years´ experience in different types of financial transactions including acquisition financing, real estate financing, syndicated lending, bond issues and securitisation. From her many years´ association with the law firm Shearman & Sterling in London and European Investment Bank in Luxembourg Lisa has specialized in structured financings such as project financings and other asset financings.
Lisa has an extensive experience in representing national and international clients ranging from corporations, organisations, banks, funds and export credit agencies. Lisa is also a qualified solicitor.
