Rita is a highly skilled business lawyer with deep experience in employment, data protection, dispute resolution and litigation matters. She brings extensive knowledge of employee data processing to the team and advises clients on collective and individual redundancies, employee transfers, and contractual matters, including non-compete clauses. She also leads the firm’s French Desk, leveraging her experience to assist Francophone clients or clients with interests in Francophone markets.
As a data protection lawyer, she is also involved in discussions about AI’s legal impact, which demonstrates her awareness of emerging technologies and their regulatory considerations.
Prior to founding KCG Partners and leading its French Desk, Rita worked at the global law firm Gide Loyrette Nouel since 2008 focusing on employment, litigation and corporate matters.
