Position

Regional managing partner and serious injury solicitor covering the Cambridge and East Anglia region. His areas of expertise include serious acquired brain injury, spinal cord injury and poly-trauma cases. He also has experience of working with military clients. He lectures to other professionals on a range of technical issues, including mental capacity after brain injury and rehabilitation in the litigation process. He has a business development brief on behalf of the serious injury team at Irwin Mitchell LLP and is currently national co-ordinator of the serious injury team at Irwin Mitchell. Neil leads in the regional promotion of Irwin Mitchells services at our Cambridge office which opened in 2014.

Trained Irwin Mitchell LLP; qualified 1996; associate 2001-08; partner 2008-13, member 2013 to date. Current trusteeships: Headway North Derbyshire.
