Career
Alexandra is as Senior Partner and a co-founder of the firm. She has more than 20 years of experience in corporate and M&A , Telecommunications, Energy as well as in dispute resolution sectors. Alexandra leads the Energy and Dispute Resolution practice of the firm and co leads the TMT and Corporate and M&A practice. She has broad experience in mid-size M&A transactions, joint ventures corporate transformations and divestments. She is an expert in Telecommunications, Information Technology and Media sectors, having advised numerous domestic and international operators since the liberalization of the market in Greece. She regularly provides advise to clients for complex legal and regulatory matters in the Greek Energy sector.
Alexandra is also a very skillful litigator with a significant contentious experience in courts for the settlement of commercial and civil disputes. She has vast experience in cross border litigations and mediations. She has acted successfully for various clients in disputes of significant scale across a range of industries.
