Career

Raushana is a legal advisor with over 17 years of counselling experience in Energy, , Infrastructure and PPP, and CCS in Central Asia. She has expertise in Green Economy development, infrastructure, and PPP regulations. 

Raushana advises governments, large multinationals, financial institutions, and private sector investors on energy and infrastructure project development. Having a diverse interest area, Raushana applies her knowledge to the development of Energy and Infrastructure legislations, structuring transactions and deal financing, and preparing legal acts related to energy facilities construction. Her professional affiliations include advisory on PPP and Renewable projects in Georgia, Armenia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, and Uzbekistan. Raushana is a preferred counsel for the EBRD, ADB, and other international financial institutions concerning policymaking and institutional advice.

Raushana has a profound passion for music, particularly gravitating towards rock and classical genres. Beyond being a spectator, Raushana also actively engages in the musical experience, indulging in karaoke sessions with friends.
