Raushana is a legal advisor with over 16 years of counselling experience in Renewables, Oil & Gas, Corporate and M&A, Infrastructure and PPP, and Project Finance areas in Central Asia. She has wide expertise in Green Economy development, infrastructure, and PPP regulations.
Raushana advises governments, large multinationals, financial institutions, and private sector investors on energy and infrastructure project development. Having a diverse interest area, Raushana applies her knowledge to the development of Energy and Infrastructure legislations, structuring transactions and deal financing, preparing legal acts related to energy facilities construction.
