Position

Anna has many years of experience in acting for landed estates, charities and agricultural clients in connection with their property portfolios particularly with regard to disposal for land development.

Anna is experienced in dealing with complex land law issues and title reconstitution. Anna has acted as lead lawyer for the Peterborough Diocesan Board of Finance since 1990 and currently represents a number of dioceses in connection with their land holdings and property management.

Anna has been Registrar and Bishop’s Legal Secretary for the diocese of Peterborough since 2014. She is a member of both the Agricultural Law Association and the Ecclesiastical Law Association.
