Career
He began his career in 1998 at the Bruxelles offices of the Chiomenti Italian law firm practising Italian and EU competition law. In 2001 he moved to the Milan offices of the firm and developed a significant expertise in banking and finance, working with top tier national and international players on a variety of corporate transactions. He represented primary credit institutions and companies in connection with both domestic and cross-border financing transactions, with a particular focus on acquisition finance, real estate finance, project finance and restructuring. In 2015 he joined as partner Orsingher Ortu – Avvocati Associati adding his finance expertise to the corporate practise of the firm.
