In 2005 he started his practice at the Rome offices of the law firm Chiomenti. In 2014 he continued his collaboration with the firm at the Milan office, where he gained significant experience in banking and finance law, regularly assisting leading investment funds, industrial companies, banks and financial institutions in relation to corporate and financial transactions, both domestic and international. Cosimo’s practice also includes real estate finance, acquisition finance and corporate finance transactions. In 2022 Cosimo joined Orsingher Ortu – Avvocati Associati, as a partner in the Banking & finance practice.
