Vanessa has over 20 years’ retail and leisure sector experience, advising a wide range of domestic and international retail and leisure clients on the full life cycle of their occupation, including site acquisition, disposals and general portfolio management.
Vanessa also advises new entrants to the UK retail market, with experience ranging from national portfolio acquisitions and roll-out programmes to high-value single-store acquisitions in London’s West End.
She has extensive experience advising private investment funds on the acquisition, disposal and management of commercial property interests including offices, retail and mixed-use residential/commercial properties.
