Position

Eve Gallagher is an experienced solicitor who provides advice on a wide variety of international and domestic corporate transactions.

Eve has a range of corporate experience providing strategic legal advice to private and public corporations on all aspects of commercial and corporate law with multi-disciplinary teams.

She advises clients on high value, complex M&A acquisitions and disposals, investments, joint ventures, corporate reorganisations, general corporate advisory matters and post acquisition integrations.

Eve has worked as a legal secondee in Ireland and also in private practice in each of Ireland, Australia and the UK across a variety of industries including renewable energy, technology, retail and construction.

Eve works with a solutions-focused attitude to provide commercially astute and pragmatic advice to her clients in a manner that helps and supports them achieve to their goals, their way.
