Jim deals with all aspects of shipping litigation, including both P&I and FD&D issues, marine insurance and coverage disputes and other shipping-related commercial disputes.

He is a casualty specialist, dealing particularly with collisions, groundings, fire and explosions and the subsequent contractual disputes that arise from these incidents. Jim has strong industry connections in Greece, Germany and Scandinavia.

Jim is qualified in England and Wales.
