Katerina is a Director and has been a member of the firm’s practice since 2009.

- Banking and Finance. Acting as legal advisor to local and international financial institutions, investment funds, fund managers, institutional investors, public listed companies and insurance companies and insurance agents / brokers. Legal expert in project finance and corporate financing transactions. Drafting and negotiating financing and security documentation.
- Mergers and Acquisitions. Legal advisor to Issuers and large corporates in M&A transactions. Well versed in all aspects of M&A from the terms and structure of deals, negotiations through to execution.
- Collective Investments | Investment Structures. Legal expert on all aspects of investment funds. With a focus on regulatory and legal work which includes fund formation, corporate and regulatory matters and business life cycle events.
- Financial Regulatory. Providing regulatory advice to financial institutions, investment managers, investment funds, issuers, insurance companies, administrators and custodians.
