Kevin is a specialist dispute resolution solicitor within the areas of contentious probate and property litigation.

He has extensive experience in dealing with matters such as claims for a reasonable provision under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependents) Act 1975, disputes relating the terms and validity of a will and breaches of executors, administrators or trustees duties.

With regard to property matters Kevin has represented numerous clients concerning disputes relating to commercial and residential tenancies, restrictive covenants, easements, dilapidations, community rights under the Localism Act 2011 as well as disputes where the property is subject to a trust.
