Career
Jeremy is a Partner in the firm’s Corporate team and also leads the Commercial department at Wilkes. He has extensive experience as an in-house lawyer, followed by over 20 years in private practice.
Throughout his career Jeremy has advised both SME and larger clients, including many household names on the full range of corporate deals and commercial matters, including supply chain and intellectual property issues, applying a focused and commercial approach to deliver cost-effective solutions. He also handles banking work for both lenders and corporate clients.
Jeremy has particular experience across the finance, technology and automotive sectors both in the UK and internationally. He advises clients on a wide variety of high-value commercial contracts and complex licensing issues.
As a result of his commercial experience, Jeremy is able to offer his clients a unique perspective on the supply chain and routes to market and offer robust but flexible contractual frameworks.
Jeremy also advises clients on compliance matters, such as Data Protection, privacy and anti-bribery measures.
