Gavin is a Partner in our Commercial Dispute Resolution team in Birmingham with over 15 years of experience.

He regularly advises clients on a wide range of commercial disputes, from simple contractual disputes between businesses to complex director / shareholder matters and claims involving breaches of warranty or covenant.

Gavin has a reputation for being an excellent technical lawyer with a keen eye for detail, and aims to identify any weaknesses in his opponent’s case (or that of his client) at an early stage, such that they can be exploited or addressed as necessary.

Recently Gavin has acted in a number of substantial matters that have been the subject of mediations, with values ranging from £20,000.00 to in excess of £2,000,000.00 

He is a strong advocate of the mediation process and has a high success rate in settling matters at (or as a result of) mediation with a favourable outcome for his clients.
