Paweł has over 20-years’ experience in real estate and corporate law, with a particular focus on M&A and real estate transactions, including multijurisdictional deals.

He advises on domestic and cross border acquisitions, disposals, mergers, joint ventures, minority investments, and spinoffs. Paweł delivers solutions throughout the transaction life cycle, from strategic evaluation and structuring the project, through due diligence, preparation and negotiation of all transactional documents.

He is experienced sitting on both sides of the table, advising buyers, sellers, developers, investors, landlords,  tenants, and  real estate funds on greenfield investments, forward funding and forward purchase projects, real estate financing, developing owner associations, and leases.

He has successfully completed deals in a wide range of industries including real estate, energy, financial services, retail, e-commerce, sports, technology and logistics.

Paweł is also highly experienced in Sale & Leaseback and BTS transactions, and restructuring processes.
