Career

Katarzyna specialises in dispute resolution in the field of civil, commercial and banking law. She develops litigation strategies and represents clients at all stages of proceedings, both pre-litigation and litigation, including before the Supreme Court.

She supports and represents Poland’s largest financial institutions in cases involving foreign currency-indexed agreements, in particular ‘ Franc loans’, as well as in disputes related to unauthorised payment transactions and the free credit sanction.

She is experienced in handling medical law cases.
