Career

Angelika specialises in individual and collective labour law and represents clients in employment litigation.

She supports HR departments and management boards of capital companies in the recruitment and dismissal of employees. She advises on working time, parental rights, executive management remuneration, workcation, hybrid and remote work.

She assists clients in building a workplace based on inclusivity and diversity, and advises on aligning employee processes with the requirements of existing or planned sustainability regulations, including ESG.

Additionally, she advises companies setting up business in Poland on immigration and global mobility, and on obtaining residence and work permits for employees. She also supports clients during domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, including performing due diligence investigations.

She has authored numerous publications on, inter alia, changes in labour law, collective redundancies, employment of foreigners, B2B contracts and ESG issues.
