Mirosław specialises in tax matters related to conversions, mergers, de-mergers and liquidations of companies, as well as in employment restructuring processes. He provides legal advice on transfers of undertakings or their organised parts under sales, donation or in-kind contribution agreements.
Mirosław advises public companies on the listing of shares on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, the abolition of share dematerialisation and squeeze-out, as well as the recognition of squeeze-out expenses as tax deductible costs and the refund of tax on civil law transactions.
His expertise covers also applying for individual interpretations of tax law regarding CIT, VAT and real estate tax. He represents clients before the National Chamber of Appeal, as well as tax, judicial and administrative authorities in proceedings concerning liability for tax and civil law obligations.
