Career

Weronika has unique wide experience in dispute resolution and representing clients before courts of all instances.

She specialises in litigation in the field of consumer law with a particular emphasis on borrowers claims arising from loan agreements indexed or denominated to CHF and WIBOR-based PLN loan agreements. She represents the largest banks and financial institutions on the Polish market.

She has an excellent understanding of the challenges of the banking sector and keeps abreast of the key issues that affect its operation. She develops and implements multi-faceted litigation strategies, coordinating projects whilst managing a large team of lawyers. She ensures the smooth communication and prioritisation of tasks and the optimal use of the necessary resources when handling complex litigation. Weronika is familiar with both the legal and financial industry.

She has authored numerous publications and commentaries in the media and expert portals, and is a speaker at conferences and webinars.
