Career

Olga is an Attorney at Law specializing in data protection and privacy law, technology and digital law and regulatory licensing matters. In addition, she is a Certified Data Protection Officer (DPO). Olga has significant experience advising on complex regulatory and compliance issues, with a particular focus on the TMT sector. Prior to joining the Firm, Olga held the position of Senior Associate in the Regulatory, Digital Law & Innovation team at PwC Greece, where she provided end-to-end legal and regulatory support in data protection (GDPR), AI governance, digital law and corporate governance. Furthermore, she advised on licensing and compliance matters for electronic communications providers, helping clients navigate national and EU regulatory frameworks.

With respect to data protection issues, Olga has led a wide range GDPR audits and compliance programs across the technology, health and hospitality sectors and regularly acts as an external DPO for domestic and international clients providing DPO’s services on a day-to-day basis. Olga has also contributed to major projects involving the implementation of the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA), PSD2 compliance, and algorithmic impact assessments.

Earlier in her career, Olga practiced litigation in civil and commercial law, working as an Associate within Athens based law firms.
