Position

Adv. Jeanne heads the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Department, consistently ranked at the top of the leading litigation departments in Israel. Adv. Jeanne is one of the firm’s founding partners and serves as its managing partner.

Adv. Jeanne is an expert in the representation of various entities on large scale and complex lawsuits in all fields of commercial law. His clients comprise of leading commercial companies, including infrastructure, retail, computing, real estate, communication companies and public institutions.

Adv. Jeanne is an expert in the representation of shareholders on complex corporate disputes; directors on derivative class actions; partnership and joint ownership disputes and consultation; representation on administrative and supreme court petitions; representing public institutions and corporations on communication and libel claims; representing companies and authorities on tenders; representation on disputes in the fields of computing, economic competition, real estate, privacy, retailing, intellectual property and more.

Adv. Jeanne serves as a reserve military defense attorney, representing senior officers on training accident cases. Adv. Jeanne formerly served as the chairman of the Israeli Bar Association Litigation Committee and he also lecturers at various legal forums and study programs.
