Jakub Adámek has extensive experience in drafting and negotiating construction contracts for wide scope of projects (including EPC contracts), design agreements, securities, IP as well as preparing comprehensive loan contracts and financing of developer projects in the banking and financing segments.

Jakub has been actively involved in significant international projects in the areas of real estate and construction, including construction of investment projects, residential projects and projects involving shopping centres.
