Career
Andrea Marani specializes in financial markets, corporate finance and derivative financial instruments.
He advises domestic and international clients on complex capital markets deals, IPOs and secondary offerings.
He has gained specific and relevant experience in the field of asset management and, in particular, real estate alternative investment trusts, private equity, and credit/debt, operating continuously in this area of legal advice since the year 2000 and thus for more than 20 years.
He also operates in the field of property law, assisting Italian and foreign investors and managers in the acquisition and divestment of all types of real estate assets.
Andrea joined LCA Law Firm in January, 2023.
Previously, he worked in primary Italian law firms, including Studio Gianni & Origoni from 1999 to the end of 2022, and of which he has been an equity partner since 2002.
He was General Counsel of Cofiri SIM S.p.A. (part of the I.R.I. Group), and previous to that, he was a senior associate and then partner of the English law firm Frere Cholmeley Bischoff.
