Career

Barbara has obtained great expertise in corporate and commercial law. In this field, she assists national and foreign clients, both in extraordinary transactions (i.e., mergers, acquisitions, private equity transactions and corporate restructuring) and commercial contracts, as well as in litigation proceedings before judicial and arbitration authorities.
Barbara has deep knowledge also in the real estate sector, dealing specifically with the negotiation of buying and selling contract agreements of real estate and companies, investment agreements and joint ventures, and providing legal assistance related to the construction, management and rental of properties and real estate development transactions.

Barbara has been a member of the Law Firm since 2017.
Prior to coming to LCA, she was a partner of the law firm Portale Visconti Associazione Professionale (2006-2016) and the law firm Visconti & Associati (2016-2017).
