Giangiacomo regularly advises national and international clients in the industrial and commercial sectors by supporting the entrepreneurs and the top management in all business critical aspects in particular in connection with M&A, joint venture and commercial transactions, both at domestic and international level, as well as with respect to any issue concerning corporate governance and business law.

Giangiacomo has been a member of the Law Firm since 2005.
Before joining LCA, he had worked for primary Italian law firms in dealing with ordinary and arbitral litigations, real estate and commercial contracts.

Giangiacomo frequently speaks at seminars and courses on corporate law, M&A, and trusts.
In addition, Giangiacomo is involved with MIP Politecnico di Milano Graduate School of Business as a lecturer on corporate and commercial law and M&A within the courses of the Executive MBA.
