Career

Benedetta deals with administrative law and, in particular in the following fields: real estate, construction building, trade, environment, public tender, public administration contracts, procedure for the realization of major international events and strategic works, procurement of public works and services contracts. She gained solid expertise in the real estate operational management area and in the completion of administrative procedures for the approval of town planning variants and town planning plans; she has as well a track record in the procedures to obtain the mandatory permits for the real estate requalification and development projects. She assists leading real estate and construction companies of national importance in administrative proceeding of town planning and environmental remediation, waste disposal, strategic environmental assessment (VAS), environmental impact assessment (VIA and VINCA) and, more generally, in the issues related to the decision-making process of public administrations.

Benedetta is a member of LCA since December 2021. Previously she worked with leading law firms specialized in administrative law, including Delli Santi law firm in Rome, LCC law firm in Milan e Cerami Law firm in Milan. In 2020 she founded her own Law Firm specialized in administrative law in Milan.

She has been a speaker and curator of dissemination and scientific activities at conferences and congressional events in Agidi (Association of Jurists of Real Estate Law); in 2014 she oversaw the preparation of the scientific material used during the “Lessons of Riccardo Delli Santi” published weekly on “Quotidiano Immobiliare”, participating in the recording of the lessons as a speaker. She is the author of publications in the fields of urban planning, construction and environment.
