Career

Giovanni specializes in criminal law and provides legal assistance in criminal proceedings concerning tax and bankruptcy crimes, false accounting and corporate offenses, insider trading, market abuse and other crimes covered under the Financial Services Act and the Banking Act.
He also advises in criminal matters related to transfer pricing, recovery plans and restructuring agreements.
Giovanni gained significant experience in company administrative liability, advising companies for the adoption and the effective implementation of organization, management and control models aiming at guaranteeing the observance of the Legislative Decree n. 231/2001, as well as in corporate compliance and corporate investigation matters.

Giovanni joined the Law Firm in 2019.
Previously, he had acquired professional experience at Dinoia Federico Pelanda Uslenghi & Partners, a leading Italian criminal law boutique, where he spent six years – the last one as a junior partner.
