Career

Michele carries out his professional activity in the field of civil and commercial law.
In addition to a solid knowledge of litigation (which he has never abandoned), over the years he has gained particular experience in advising companies, in relation to all the many issues of civil, commercial and insolvency law that typically arise in reorganisation and restructuring operations.
He acts as Curator and Court Commissioner in numerous bankruptcy proceedings.
He is also registered in the list of experts for the negotiated composition of the corporate crisis.

After a training period in a leading law firm in Milan in 2002, he joined the Sanzo Law Firm.
In 2011, he was among the founding partners of the Professional Association SeAS Sanzo e Associati.
He has been a partner of LCA Law Firm since 2018.
