Career

Roberto assists national and international clients on corporate, financial and M&A taxation areas, handling both domestic and cross-border aspects. Roberto has also gained significant experience on the reorganization of large wealth – also in the context of timely inheritance planning and generational shift- and in advising UHNWIs, currently coordinating and co-heading LCA Private Clients industry sector. During his professional career, he has assisted leading clients in the management of tax and social charge debts in the context of business crisis procedures (so-called Tax Settlement) and has also represented and defended several primary clients on tax litigation.
Roberto is also member of the Sports Law Team.

Roberto has been a partner and head of the Tax Law Department and a member of the Law Firm since December 2015.

Prior to joining LCA, Roberto has worked in leading domestic and international law and tax firms, most recently as a partner at the tax boutique Miccinesi e Associati and previously in the tax department of the international law firm DLA Piper.

Roberto has made a scientific contribution to the Tax Law department at the Faculty of Economics and Law of the Catholic University of Milan and Piacenza, lecturing, among other things, at the high specialization schools for the legal professions. In addition, he lectures in Masters, specialization classes and courses for the preparation of national qualifying examinations organized by the Order of Chartered Accountants of Milan and Piacenza and several Italian universities.
