Career
He joined the Law Firm in 2005.
He spent various years in the US working in the Boston and New York offices of Sullivan & Worcester LLP. Before joining LCA, Andrea worked for a primary Italian law firm.
He regularly advises national and international clients active in technological industrial sectors with particular focus on new media, internet, software, e-commerce, IT services, Med tech and life science. Andrea has broad experience in national and cross-border M&A, investment and extraordinary financial transactions (either capital or debt). He assists listed and non-listed companies with respect to company law, corporate governance and regulatory matters with particular focus on banking and financial activities.
He represents well-known venture capital and private equity funds in the high-tech and life science markets both in the fund formation phase and investment transactions at every stage of the company life. He regularly advises technological start-ups and venture incubators in the fund raising process, the creation of joint ventures and their international expansion with particular reference to inbound and outbound transactions with the US.
He regularly speaks at seminars on legal aspects regarding investments in technological companies and is lecturer in the elective course “Venture Capital” of the Degree in Digital Management, organized by Ca’ Foscari and H-Farm, where he explores legal matters related to equity capital investments in high-tech companies.

He promoted and is one of the founding members of PIB – Italian Professionals in Boston – a nonprofit organization whose aim is to help the cultural and professional exchange between Italy and the US. He is also member of the IBA – International Bar Association.
