Career

He joined LCA in January, 2019.
From 1998 to 2013, he worked for Giliberti Pappalettera Triscornia e Associati Law Firm, becoming partner in 2008, mainly dealing with company law, capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, tender offers, restructuring and venture capital funds.
In 2004, he joined Macfarlanes LLP, London (UK) as a visiting lawyer.
From November 2013 to December 2017, he worked as a partner at BVR & Partners and founded DB and Partners in January 2018.

He assists companies, private equity funds and venture capital funds, entrepreneurs and managers in relation to privatizations, domestic and cross-border private and public M&A transactions, transfers of businesses, restructuring, real estate, civil and company law matters, trusts and commercial contracts.
He also assists listed companies in connection with day-to-day compliance with law and regulations and is a member of the Sports Law Team of the firm.
