Career
Ranieri deals with employment consultancy and litigation with solid experience in collective dismissal procedures, transfers of undertaking and all issues related to companies’ crisis and redundancies.
He also deals with agency and assists Italian and foreign companies – operating mainly in IT, food, insurance, manufacturing and private equity sectors – on all matters concerning Employment and Trade Union Law, even in the context of extraordinary transactions and projects.
Ranieri also gained particular expertise in the field of remuneration policies for banks and insurance companies and in sports law.
Ranieri has been a member of the Firm since 2019.
Previously, he had worked with leading Italian and foreign law firms including Toffoletto De Luca Tamajo and Partners (where he worked for over eight years before joining LCA) and LabLaw law firm. He has also spent a period as a visiting labour lawyer at the London office of Lewis Silkin Law Firm.
For many years Ranieri was an assistant professor on Employment and Trade Union Law at the University of Insubria (Faculty of Law).

He is the author of various publications in Employment Law.
He has been a speaker at national and international conferences.
