Giuseppe advises national and international clients in all labour law issues connected to ordinary business, personnel management, payments, benefits and labour litigation. Over the last years, Giuseppe has developed a specific expertise in advising foreign clients with respect to the management of employment crisis cases (i.e., relationships with trade unions, solidarity agreements, and mobility procedures).
Giuseppe joined the Law Firm in 2010.
Before 2010, he worked for an Italian boutique law firm. Giuseppe was an associate of a premier Italian law firm operating in the intellectual property field where he headed up the Labour and Commercial Law Department.
