Career

She worked for more than fifteen years with a leading law firm in Apulia specializing in administrative law and civil law. After moving to Milan in 2014, she became a partner of SeAS Sanzo e Associati in 2015. She has been a partner of LCA Law Firm since 2018.

She has developed specific expertise as legal counsel for debtors or investors, also in particular complex and important cases, in debt restructuring transactions and more specifically specializes in arrangements with creditors, compositions with creditors following bankruptcy, debt restructuring agreements, recovery plans and extraordinary transactions in these areas.

She possesses many years’ experience in civil law by dealing with disputes in the field of business law, bankruptcy law and financial markets law, private procurement and environmental law, as well as in national arbitration.

Furthermore, she has acquired significant out-of-court experience as a regular consultant for construction firms through the drafting and provision of assistance in the stipulation of agreements and in the drafting of opinions (i.e., including particularly difficult and important cases) on private procurement and environmental law.
