Vittorio Pozzi has 20 years’ experience in the banking and financial sector, advising banks, financial intermediaries, rating agencies and arrangers, investment funds, servicers and financial institutions, both domestic and international.

Vittorio is acknowledged as a leading practitioner in structured finance and is involved in several complex securitisations of performing and non-performing receivables, across various asset classes. He has also acquired extensive experience in real estate finance, bond issues and other DCM transactions, hybrids and exotic securities, project finance, repo and securities lending, and derivative contracts. Other practice areas include international law, dispute resolution, and debt restructuring. Vittorio holds a Ph.D. in civil procedure and is author of several papers in peer-reviewed journals and publications, focusing mostly on civil procedure, enforcement of claims and judicial cooperation within the EU.
