Marco D’Agostini developed extensive experience on all the aspects relating to the management and termination of employment relationships. In particular, he regularly deals with all issues related to hiring, drafting and use of different kinds of contracts and flexibility instruments, individual and collective dismissals, due diligence activities, services supply contracts, transfer of business and outsourcing. He has developed specific experience in the management of issues related to safety in the workplace.

Marco D’Agostini regularly runs labour disputes concerning individual and collective dismissals, anti-union conduct, challenge of disciplinary sanctions, salary differences, mobbing and harassment.
