Career

Giorgio Colombo graduated with honours in 2009 at the University of Milan, where he is currently an assistant professor (“cultore della materia”) of civil law. His practice focuses on litigation and arbitration with specific reference to corporate, banking, financial intermediation, competition, commercial, including distribution and advertising contracts, procurement, energy, infrastructure and transport and telecommunications areas. He regularly advises and assists institutional clients in bankruptcy and insolvency proceedings, as well as in corporate restructuring and reorganisation processes. He is the author of several publications on civil law. He was admitted to the Italian Bar of Milan in 2013 and he was Admitted to practice before the Supreme Court and Highest Jurisdiction.
