Claudia Gregori has extensive experience in all areas of taxation, with particular focus on M&A, corporate and structured finance, real estate, private equity as well as project finance transactions. She has been involved in several securitization and financing transactions, as well as issue of bonds and innovative structured financial products and derivatives. She also regularly acts in M&A, real estate and project finance transactions in both the domestic and international arena. Claudia Gregori assists clients in the relationships with the tax authorities, with respect to audits, assessments, litigation as well as tax rulings.
