Matteo Fanni specialises in tax litigation, assisting companies and individuals in case of inspections and audits by the authorities, in pre-litigation and contentious settlement procedures, and in proceedings before the Tax Courts and the Court of Cassation.

He is the author of numerous publications in manuals and specialised journals and teaches in specialised courses and post-graduate masters courses.

He is a member of the Tax Justice Commission set up at the Milan Bar Association.
