Career

As a senior associate with our Corporate and M&A practice and a head of the Private Equity & Venture Capital in Estonia, my primary focus is on advising M&A, private equity, and venture capital transactions. I also have extensive experience in advising matters concerning real estate.

Highly valued transaction advisor. Over the years I have advised numerous landmark M&A deals as well as high profile real estate transactions. Clients have described me as “solution-oriented” and someone “really knowing the ins and outs of the negotiations process”.

Client satisfaction.  For me, the ultimate goal of every assignment is to make sure the client is satisfied with both the result as well as the process. Communication and co-operation with our clients is one of the most rewarding parts of my work for me.

Seeing the big picture. I believe every detail in my work to be of vast importance. I am always looking to maintain an eagle’s eye view of all aspects of a transaction while not losing sight of the client’s ultimate goal. I am always aiming to see the bigger picture.
